Giving hope to country kids, families and communities

Our Ride for Country Kids provides hope to regions devastated by drought. There has never been a more crucial time for Royal Far West and our friends to show support for drought stricken rural communities. The Ride coming to town is a breath of fresh air for the country children and their families who are doing it tough.

The Ride

In 2020 the RFCK will be travelling to Royal Far West’s spiritual home Cobar and some of the hardest hit regions of the drought. Royal Far West delivers allied health services all along the route. This region is rich with friends, supporters, client and partners. This will be the most special ride yet.

How RFW make a difference to country families

Nine year old Andrew has Down Syndrome, Dyspraxia, Sensory Processing Disorder and Autism. His mum, Kate, shares her experience of Royal Far West’s Windmill program

“Having spent this week at Royal Far West, I now have renewed hope that we can help Andrew develop skills we didn’t think would be possible. What you do is incredible, and you and the team here really need to be commended”
